The English-speaking reference is pretty weak. Maybe if it had added “…and in the 1990′s played mostly by WASP kids whose parents could afford a Nintendo unit.”
We stand corrected. No one from the Middle East is represented (although they offend easily, so that’s probably a good thing). Tonga also filed a complaint. King ʻAhoʻeitu ʻUnuakiʻotonga Tukuʻaho asked that this line be included: “and doesn’t need Mario to help Tongans beat up Somoans, because they can do that with both arms tied behind their backs, thanks very much…” Sorry, King Aho-una-…toka-ohunaboonabena (um…how do you spell that again?) there’s no more room on the poster.
